The Ponmudi Eco Tourism site, which was temporarily closed due to heavy rains, will be reopened starting (11.07.23). Tourists will once again be able to visit the site, as clarified by the Divisional Forest Officer of Thiruvananthapuram. In light of the ongoing heavy rains in the state, a temporary restriction has been imposed on eco-tourism centers in Thiruvananthapuram. Tourists are currently restricted from visiting the Ponmudi, Kallar, Meenmutti, and Mangayam eco-tourism centers.
