The Inchathotty Suspension Bridge is the longest hanging bridge in Kerala, measuring 183 meters in length and 4 feet in width. Inchathotty is a village located near Neriamangalam, Thattekad, and Kothamangalam in Ernakulam District, Kerala. It takes approximately one hour by boat from BHOOTHATHANKETTU to reach the hanging bridge.
It is a popular destination for tourists, even from distant places. Below the bridge, there is a boat jetty where boats can be docked, and tourists are allowed to climb the hanging bridge.

The suspension bridge across the Periyar River, in front of the Bhuthathankett Dam, was designed and constructed by the Kerala Electrical & Allied Engineering Company Limited under the state government. It spans a length of 185 meters and stands approximately 200 meters above the water.
Keerampara Panchayat and Kutampuzha in Ernakulam District are connected by Inchathotti, a suspension bridge. The view of Periyar from this bridge is mesmerizing, thanks to the Bhuthathanket Dam, which is always full of water.
